The clinic provides primary medical care to the uninsured, the unemployed and the needy that present the following documents:
I. Personal or Family Health Insurance Booklet that is no longer valid or
II. Unemployment card or
III. Destitution booklet

It also provides free medicines if prescribed by a MCCE physician (or another doctor) and subject to availability, as all drugs are DONATIONS from citizens.

For dental appointments please call 210 9610353 only during morning hours,
MONDAY – FRIDAY 10:00 – 14:00

PATIENTS’ OBLIGATIONS

A. Please observe the quiet in the clinic, as you would in any other clinic or hospital.

B. If you are going to miss your scheduled appointment, call the clinic at 210 9631950 to cancel. Other patients have probably been waiting a long time for an appointment and if you do not cancel, you occupy the position for no reason. Patients that will repeatedly neglect to inform us in time, will not be accepted for treatment.

C. You can receive drugs only during the above mentioned days and hours (due to the presence of a pharmacist) or while the doctor treating you is present. Avoid coming at different times as you will probably come in vain. Volunteers in the secretariat and/or the pharmacy are not allowed to give away medications. Only pharmacists and doctors can do that.

D. You should always carry with you your id and all the respective papers in case a check is needed.

E. Certain diagnostic centers provide a small number of free medical tests per month for MCCE patients. Patients can go for tests there at the day and time set by a MCCE team, with a referral signed by a MCCE physician and their id. Please attend these appointments by all means and pay particular attention to the location and date of the tests, that MCCE volunteers will give you by phone. There is a high demand for these tests and if you miss your turn, the next opportunity may take along time to present itself. If, however, you cannot attend an appointment, please let us now immediately!

Help us by following these simple instructions so that we may help you as efficiently as possible.

We are trying to be at your side during these difficult times for our society. 230 volunteers are working tirelessly to offer the services you enjoy, and all we ask from you is a bit of understanding for any problems that may occur, and to help us demand from the state to provide the services you need. We fight so that the public health system will be open to all citizens, without any discrimination. But to achieve this we need your help!

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
